Grades and learning
Veritas Academics welcomes learners from age 3 to Grade 12, with small classes and individual academic support.
Veritas Academics follows the CAPS curriculum and prepares learners for the National Senior Certificate (NSC).
English is the language of instruction, with Afrikaans as the second official language. The school year has four terms, with reports at the end of each term. Individual support lessons can be arranged by approaching the teachers.
Subjects offered in Grades 10–12
Subjects offered in Grades 10–12 include Business Studies, Visual Arts, Tourism, Mathematical Literacy, Mathematics, English, Afrikaans, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, History and Geography.

Learner support and activities
Academic aftercare and extra lessons are included in the school fees. An in-house counsellor is available at no additional charge. Speech therapy and educational psychology are available on the school grounds at an additional cost.
Chess and Scouts are included. Dance, martial arts and robotics are offered on the premises at an additional cost; swimming is provided off-site by an external provider.

Class Rooms
All our classrooms are equipped with the necessary equipment, and will always be small classrooms.
Chess
Chess is presented at school as a value added service, to teach children critical problem solving skills.
Academic Aftercare
Academic aftercare is included in the school fees, where the students are able to focus on their homework ,completing projects or studying for tests.
Scouts
Veritas Academics is registered as a scouts centre. We offer scouts to all our students as a value added service to all our students.
Extra Lessons
Extra lessons are at no extra cost, when your child needs extra lessons or needs help studying, the teachers will assist during aftercare.
Physical Education
At Veritas Academics we focus more on Academics, however we do have action sport activities during LO lessons.
